Nature Kids is an educational series dedicated to encouraging children to explore, play, learn about and take action for nature. Children will investigate an array of nature-related subjects such as watershed ecology, biodiversity, and pollinators. Activities include hands-on exploration of natural resources, conservation-related activities, presentations by science educators, and fun crafts to keep kids engaged.
Nature Kids event are free and open to the public. All children must be accompanied by an adult chaperone at these events (except Nature Kids on the Farm). Contact Lauren Platman with any questions at lauren@bmlt.org or 509-525-3136.
