Nature Kids is an educational series that engages young children and their families in the exploration of the natural world through fun hands-on activities and games. Nature Kids events emphasize observation, discovery, sensory skills, and imagination to cultivate a positive connection with nature. Presented in partnership with the Umatilla National Forest, an agency of the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Forest Service, Nature Kids offers fun forays into many different nature topics that encourage further exploration.
