Nature Kids in the Park - FREE

Nature Kids is back! Together with the Umatilla National Forest and Walla Walla County Conservation District, we welcome you to attend Nature Kids, a FREE series devoted to inspiring children to investigate the natural world around them. ⁠

⁠Activities include hands-on exploration of natural resources, conservation-related activities, presentations by science educators, and fun crafts to keep kids engaged.⁠

Drop-in at Pioneer Park in Walla Walla on Saturday, May 21 from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. to learn about insects, trees, and data collection. ⁠ Free for children ages 5-11 and their families.

All children must be accompanied by an adult chaperone at these events. We’re able to make accommodations for children with accessibility needs.

We will observe the guidelines provided by the Washington State Department of Health and Oregon Health Administration. We will advise you at the time of the event of any safety requirements.
