Trail Work Party: Lower Lick Creek Trail #3070

Join the BMLT Blues Crew for a trail work party on  Lower Lick Creek Trail #3070. This event has been rescheduled from April 6th because of severe spring weather conditions.

Get ready for an outdoor adventure that combines nature, trail stewardship, and the joy of giving back! We're seeking motivated individuals with a love for the outdoors to volunteer for our upcoming trail work party on the Lower Lick Creek Trail.

The BMLT Blues Crew annually partners with the Umatilla National Forest to open up and maintain one of our favorite trails - the Lick Creek Trail #3070. It runs from Corporation Trailhead down in the Umatilla Canyon up to ZigZag Springs at the top. This trail climbs 2050 feet in 4 miles, passing through stands of timber and open areas hosting native grasses. From this trail, one can access Grouse Mountain. We are sure to have some trees down on the trail, so sawyers and volunteers are definitely needed.

Be a part of this exciting volunteer opportunity! We'll have fun, work hard and make a difference. No experience is necessary.

Please note: Cell service is not available in the North Fork Umatilla River Canyon.

Access additional trail information here.
