Blues Crew Work Party: Grouse Mountain Trail #3081 - June 5th

  • Walla Walla Ranger Station 1415 West Rose Street Walla Walla, WA, 99362 United States (map)

Overview

Blues Crew will partner with the Inter-Mountain Alpine Club (I-MAC) to improve the tread on the Grouse Mountain Trail #3081 on Saturday June 5th. From the trailhead at Zig Zag Spring, volunteers will hike and brush along 0.8 miles on the upper Lick Creek Trail to the junction with Grouse Mountain Trail, then work out along the ridge to improve tread width and condition. This area is delightful in the spring with many wildflowers and tremendous views down into the North Fork Umatilla River canyon.
