Grouse Mountain Trail #3081
Grouse Mountain Trail is accessed via Zig Zag Springs Trailhead and Lick Creek Trail. Zig Zag Spring Trailhead provides access to both Grouse Mountain Trail #3081 and Lick Creek Trail #3070. Grouse Mountain Trail starts at the point that the Lick Creek Trail turns downslope.
Grouse Mountain trail passes through the North Fork Umatilla Wilderness so wilderness restrictions do apply. This trail opens up to the ridge line, providing excellent views of the wilderness area.
